Return Policy on instruments: We offer a 14-day trial period for all instrument purchases. During this trial period the customer assumes full responsibility for the care of the instrument, starting the day the order was received. All parts and accessories from the original sale must be included with the return in order to receive a full price return. Restocking fees may apply if accessories or parts are missing or if the instrument is damaged following initial safe receipt of the original order.
