We want you to be confident in your purchase. Due to the high-value and specialized nature of our instruments, the following return policy applies:

Return Window:

We offer a 7-day trial period for all instrument purchases. Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

Condition of Return:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, damage, or alterations. All original accessories, cases and components must be included.

Restocking Fee:

All non-local returns that involve shipping are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers payment processing costs and handling.

Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including full insurance coverage. We are not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

Non-Refundable Costs:

Original shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received, inspected, and approved. Please allow several business days for processing.
